DescriptionCelex Enterprises was established in 2008. The cooperation was inspired to put up the business through the knowledge earned by participating different product development seminars and training conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The cooperation invested the amount of P500.00 for the initial capitalization to produce three flavor of taro chips. Initially, the products were marketed in the nearby areas. However, with the continuous production and selling of taro chips subscription and acceptance radiated in Sorsogon City.
